When ChatGPT describes your business, is it right?

Nearby customers ask ChatGPT and Google before they come. We show you who gets named, what they're told about you, and the page every wrong hour, fee or missing service comes from. Then we hand you the fixes, even when corporate runs your website.

Subject: Two fixes for the Tumblewick Play Center page

Hi,

Parents who ask ChatGPT about us are being told we're open until 10pm. Our page shows 8pm, but the hidden data behind it still says 10pm. Could you set it to 8pm and remove the old $40 fee text while you're there?

Both screenshots are attached, with dates. Thanks,
Dana, owner, Tumblewick Play Center

For the page you can't edit, a note in your name.

One page, the facts and the screenshots, written the way you'd write it. Forward it to the web team. When corporate fixes the page, every location of the brand gets the fix.

Made for any owner customers look up before they come.

Your hours, prices and programs are yours, even when the website isn't.

You run a franchise location

Corporate owns the website and the brand page. You own the customers within ten minutes of your door. We check what they're told, fix what you control, and write the note for what you don't.

Your own name is on the door

Same check, same fixes. The Fix Note goes to whoever runs your website, or to you, with the exact lines to change.

Ask it yourself tonight.

Three questions to type into ChatGPT on your phone. Check each answer against your door, your price list and your website.

Hours
"What time does [your business] in [your town] close on weekdays?"

If the answer and your door disagree, something on a page you may not control is saying otherwise.

Being found
"Best [what you do] near [your town]"

See who gets named, and whether you're one of them. Note the date; it changes.

Price
"How much does [your business] charge for [your main service]?"

An old price on a forgotten page can outlive three price lists.

Whatever you find, send us the screenshot with your free check request. It goes in next to our captures, and the first wrong fact is the one we trace.

Questions

Do I need to give you any passwords?

No. We write the fixes and you or your team paste them in. If you want us to apply them later, that's a separate conversation with its own access, never this one.

Can you change the corporate website?

No. We write the Fix Note in your name, with the changes and the dated screenshots, ready to forward. Corporate makes the change.

I'm not a franchise. Does this still work?

Yes. Everything is the same. The Fix Note goes to whoever runs your website, or to you.

Where do you check from, and does that matter?

Our studio runs the checks. Answers can differ by place, so we ask you to type one question on your own phone and send the screenshot. The report shows both, each with its date.

Why do I pay before the report?

Because you've already seen our work in the free check, and paying upfront is how the price stays at $149. The PayPal link comes by email. No contract.

Can you promise more customers, or a higher spot?

No. Answers change by day and wording. We show what's wrong and help you fix it, and nobody can guarantee being chosen.

See what your customers are told. Then fix it.
